Return for Repair / Replacement Warranty: All items carry a minimum 6 month Driveguys warranty unless extended warranty has been purchased. Driveguys offers an extended 1 year warranty for the cost of 10% of the drive value. Driveguys makes no express or implied warranty on product with regards to performance, compatibility or merchantability. Driveguys is not responsible for any defect in products, loss of data, inaccuracy of data or any other consequential damages resulting therefrom. All warranties are VOID on visibly damaged or altered goods. Returns: All returns must first obtain an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the box before returning. RMA numbers will be issued within 2 business days of receiving request. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Thereafter you must obtain a new RMA number. Drives must be returned in original packaging or RMA may be refused and VOIDED. Physical damage, mishandling, mis-use, after market modifications, missing parts or labels will VOID warranty. After 15 days of purchase all sales are final and no refunds or credits will be issued. NO cross-shipping will be granted. Driveguys reserves the right to replace a defective product with another product of a different brand having similar technical specifications. Returns for credit or refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
